LG Optimus 3D 2 Specs Plus Image Leaked – At the Mobile World Congress 2011, LG Optimus 3D became a star. Lots of praise addressed to the phone this LG product. What about 2012? LG seems to still be relying on LG Optimus 3D 2 at the same event. LG released its successor, the LG Optimus 3D 2. A picture is said to be a LG Optimus 3D 2 circulating on the internet. LG’s latest smartphone image is known thanks to a website based in Korea called Electronics Times News who has uploaded it.
LG Optimus 3D 2 looks better than the previous version. The biggest change is that it’s very thin, only 9.8mm; whereas the predecessor is 11.9mm thick, this phone is also 20g lighter than the first generation Optimus 3D. According to the report, it is widely speculated that the LG Optimus 3D 2 will feature a 4.3-inch HD AH-IPS display panel with ~326ppi pixel density, who claimed a higher resolution than its predecessor.
LG Optimus 3D 2 mentioned will be equipped with a 1.2GHz dual-core Texas Instruments Cortex-A9 SoC, dual 5MP 3D cameras with new 2D-to-3D conversion capabilities, a Near-Field Communication (NFC) chip. LG Optimus 3D 2 It will likely have 8 GB of internal storage and will come with support for Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and support for 21Mbps HSPA+ networks. It will supposedly run Android 2.3 Gingerbread, which is a shame considering that all the new Android smartphones coming in 2012 will likely run Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
LG Optimus 3D 2 mentioned will be introduced to the public at the Mobile World Congress held in Barcelona from the end of this month. The Optimus 3D 2 is expected to launch in the first quarter of 2012 on Korea’s SK Telecom network.
