New Leaked Images Display of BlackBerry OS 10 - RIM has said that the OS 10 will not be present at the BlackBerry until the end of this year. But the appearance of a leak of the Blackberry OS smartphone has been circulated. Pictures of BlackBerry’s new OS 10 have been leaked online and show a drastic change to the way that RIM’s operating system will look. CrackBerry on Tuesday (2/14/2012) exclusively has been showing a few pictures display BlackBerry OS 10 interface derived from a presentation document by one of RIM’s ad agency.
Leaked images BlackBerry OS 10 show number of changes, such as an updated Windows Phone-like icon tray that features dedicated call, search and camera buttons, quarter-screen widgets, iOS-styled folders and integrated video calling.
The design BlackBerry OS 10 looks much like the combination of Google’s operating system, Windows Phone’s Live Tiles and the new folder icon looks to be inspired by iOS.
While the main menu at the bottom of the shortcut dial button (call), search and cameras, as well as new options for Video Call to contact the user. Although a lot of pictures that display interface BlackBerry OS 10, there are no pictures showing new devices like the BlackBerry London is rumored as a superphone and running BlackBerry OS 10.
New features
- Homescreen widgets make an appearance for the first time, and bear similarities to both Android widgets and WP7′s live tiles.
- There’s also a folder icon showing other app icons inside, and a pictures icon showing a photo from an album inside.
- The Universal Inbox seen on the BlackBerry PlayBook OS 2.0 is also in the leaked pics, handily grouping all incoming communications into the one box.
- The final screen shows a nicely laid out calling screen, complete with Video Chat icon.
