Sony Xperia U Specifications & Photo Leaked – Ahead of the Mobile World Congress 2012 in Barcelona, there was leaked specs Sony Xperia U (ST25i). Phone leaked images shows detail the shape and appearance. Sony Xperia U is also known by the name Kumquat and ST25i. News circulated that the phone will have a smaller screen size than Sony Xperia S.
